Ingredients For strawberry cake
- CAKE

1 boxbetty crocker white cake mix with pudding

4eggs
-
1 csliced strawberries
-
1small box strawberry jello
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 cshredded coconut
-
1 cchopped nuts
- FROSTING

1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 csliced strawberries

1/2 cchopped nuts

1 boxpowdered sugar

1/2 cshredded coconut
How To Make strawberry cake

1CAKE: Combine cake mix & dry jello. Add oil, eggs and milk. Stir in the strawberries, coconut & nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan (floured) at 350 until brown and springs back to the touch.

2FROSTING: Cream together butter and powdered sugar until light. Stir in berries, coconut and nuts. If too thick to spread, add a Tbsp of milk. If making as a layer cake, make 1-1/2 times the frosting recipe.
