Ingredients For strawberry cake

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 smstrawberry jello
-
1 ccrisco oil
-
4 lgeggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 cfrozen strawberries (thawed w/juice)

1 cpecans - chopped

1 ccoconut, shredded
- ICING
-
1 boxconfectioners' sugar

1 stickbutter
-
1/2 cfrozen strawberries, drained

1/2 ccoconut, shredded

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make strawberry cake

1Mix first 9 ingredients and divide mixture into 3 cake pans. Note: do not mix up cake by box directions use only the dry cake mix!) Fold in pecans and coconut last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 Minutes or until cake is done. Remove from oven and let cool.

2Icing: Melt butter, add 1/2 cup strawberry's and mix with the confectioner's sugar. Blend, then add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread on cooled cake. We like this cake refrigerated but doesn't have to be.
