Ingredients For strawberry cake

1/2 boxfrozen strawberries (small carton)

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 pkgstrawberry jello
-
1/2 coil
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 boxconfectioners' sugar

3/4 stickbutter
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 boxremaining strawberries

3egg whites beaten
How To Make strawberry cake

1Beat 4 egg whites until foamy and add cake mix, 1/2 box of strawberries with 1/2 of the liquid and the box of jello, the wesson oil and water. Mix together and pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes or until the top springs back when touched. You can test with a toothpick. Stick one in the middle and if it comes out clean, it is done. Don't overcook as it will be dry.

2Icing: 1 box confectioners sugar 3/4 stick butter 1/2 bx frozen strawberries 1 t. vanilla Add the liquid a little at a time so you won't get it too thin.

3I also make this recipe into cupcakes. Bake for about 15 minutes or until touching the top they spring back. Don't overcook as they will be dry.
