1 pkg(3 oz.) strawberry gelatin

3 Tbspflour

1 coil

4eggs

1/2 ccold water

1 pkg(5 oz.) mashed, frozen strawberries, thawed
- WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING

1 ccold milk
-
1 pkgvanilla instant pudding ( 3 oz.)

1 pkg8 oz. cool whip, thawed
- STRAWBERRY FROSTING

2 Tbspbutter
-
2-3 Tbspstrawberry liquid

1 cpowdered sugar
How To Make strawberry cake

1Mix cake mix, flour and gelatin. Add oil.

2Beat in eggs.

3Add water and strawberries. Mix well.

4Bake in a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan for 35-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven Can also be made as a layer cake in 2 9 inch layer cake pans for 28-33 minutes at 350 degrees.

5Whipped Cream Frosting: Pour milk into bowl and add pudding. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in Cool whip. Spread on cake at once.

6Strawberry Frosting Melt butter and add strawberry liquid. Mix in powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
