When I made this I wasn't sure it was going to be a winner, I just wanted to try something new that I'd never had before. I was sure surprised when I pull it out of the oven & sliced myself a piece - oh my it was so good & w/ just a little bit of butter on top. My kids, husband, & the rest of family just loved it. Definitely a recipe I will continue to make over & over. From my home to yours I hope you enjoy it :)

Ingredients For strawberry banana bread

2 c6 ripe bananas - blended equals about 2 cups

2 c1 - 2 containers of strawberries blended equals about 2 cups

1egg
-
2/3 cmelted butter
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
3 call purpose flour
-
2 csugar
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspnutmeg
-
powered sugar - optional to sprinkle on top
How To Make strawberry banana bread

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Grease or oil bread pans & set aside

2First blend your strawberries & bananas separately & set aside.

3In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg & stir dry mixture w/ a whisk.

4In a smaller bowl mix together the eggs, melted butter, & vanilla.

5Now put the egg mixture, blended strawberries & bananas into the bowl w/ the flour mixture & blend until batter in smooth.

6Pour batter equally into 2 bread pans & place in oven to bake for 50 minutes or so. Started checking the bread around 50 minutes, may take about an hour depending on your oven.

7After the bread is completely cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on top(optional) Serve & enjoy !!!
