Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon brandy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all purpose sifted flour
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
How To Make strawberry amaretto cheesecake

Step 1In a small mixing bowl, combine the crumbs, sugar and butter.

Step 2Blend well with fingers, fork or pastry blender.

Step 3Press onto the bottom of a well-buttered springform pan.

Step 4Chill for 30 minutes.

Step 5FILLING: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth.

Step 6Add the eggs, one at a time, making sure that the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 7Fold in the strawberries.

Step 8Pour mixture into the chilled pan and bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 275 and continue to bake for 1 hour.

Step 9Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool for 3 hours.
