This is a great dessert for diabetics or any one wanting to cut out sugar. Also, very refreshing and satisfying.

Ingredients For strawberries, jello and angel cake

    pkg. (6oz) strawberry jello (i use sugar free)
  • 2 pt
    strawberries, cleaned, hulled and crushed or put through food processor
  • 1
    angel food cake, broken into chunks
  • 1
    8 oz. container cool whip, (i use sugar free)

How To Make strawberries, jello and angel cake

  • 1
    Make jello according to pkg. directions, stir in crushed strawberries. Refrigerate until jello is thick and partially jelled; stir to distribute strawberries. In large bowl or triffle dish, layer angel food cake chunks, jello and cool whip; repeat until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
