Ingredients For steamed chocolate cake

1/2 stickbutter

1/2 ccanola oil

1 cwhite sugar

2 lgeggs
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1/2 ccocoa powder, unsweetened

3/4 tspbaking powder
-
3/4 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspvanilla extract
- MY 1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE ICING RECIPE
- INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cconfectioner's sugar/ icing sugar sifted

1/4 c(25g) cocoa powder sifted

50gbutter, melted
-
2 Tbspfull (40ml) milk

combine all ingredients & mix well using a wooden spoon.

spread on top of the cake using an spatula. refrigerate before serving.
How To Make steamed chocolate cake

1Melt butter in a saucepan, add oil, evaporated milk and sugar; stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Take off fire and slightly cool, add the beaten eggs and stir until well mixed.

2Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda into a large mixing bowl.

3Fold flour mixture into the egg & milk mixture (or the other way around, it doesn’t make any difference) mix well until there are no more lumps.

4Gently pour into the prepared aluminum pan or pyrex and place into the steamer and cover the top of the aluminum pan or pyrex loosely with a piece of aluminium foil.

5Completely cool before adding your favorite frosting.
