This is the first special cake I ever made by myself .... lol ... I was 9. I am much older now ... but I still love this cake recipe!!

Ingredients For st. patty's day cake

1 pkgwhite cake mix (not pudding style)

1 cvegetable oil
-
1 cclub soda
-
3 lgeggs
-
1 pkgpistachio pudding mix
-
1/2 cnuts, chopped
- FROSTING :

1 pkgpistachio pudding mix

2 pkgwhipped topping mix

1 cplus 1 tbsp. milk
How To Make st. patty's day cake

1Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare one 13x9x2 baking pan with veg. shortening and flour. Set aside.

2Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely.

3When cakes is completely cooled. Using a electric hand mixer on low speed, mix together all ingredients until fluffy. Frost cake. Keep refridgerated until every piece is gobbled up!
