Ingredients For sponge cake

  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    boiling milk
  • 1 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make sponge cake

    Beat eggs til light in color
  • 2
    mix in sugar, salt, and vanilla. then mix in butter and milk.

    sift flour and baking powder. Beat quickly into egg mixture.

    pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30mins
