Ingredients For sponge cake

2 cflour(sifted)

2 tspbaking powder

3eggs
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 csugar or splenda sugar

1/4 tsplight salt
-
2 Tbsporange juice
-
1 tspgrated orange rind
How To Make sponge cake

1Sifted flour and baking powder several times.
Stir egg yolks with water until light and thick.
Add half the sugar gradually and continue beating. -
2Fold in the flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites stiffly with salt and beat balance of sugar with them.
Add flavoring.
Fold this mixuture into batter. -
3Spread in ungreased loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes.
