1/2 ccrushed pecans

5 Tbspbutter, melted

4 pkgcream cheese, room temperature-reduced fat

1 1/4 csugar

1 canpumpkin

2 Tbsppumpkin pie spices

2 tspvanilla extract

4 lgeggs

1 cfine chopped pecans
How To Make spiced pumpkin pecan cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325. Mix crumbs and nuts with melted butter and press onto bottom and up about 1 inch of a 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar very well together and add pumkin and spices and vanilla, adding one egg at a time until all blended well. Pour into crust then top with chopped pecans bake 1 hour and 20-30 minutes until center is almost set. Loosen the cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim....Refrigerate 4 hours before serving to assure setting. Serve with fresh whip cream or Cool whop w/ a dust of nutmeg to decorate!
