Ingredients For spiced banana cake

2 1/2 cflour

3/4 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcloves

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 1/4 tspbaking powder

1 1/4 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspsalt

4-5mashed ripe bananas
-
1 csugar
-
2/3 csour milk (you can make sour milk by adding a tbs of vinegar or leman juice to milk and letting stand for a few minutes)

2eggs

1/4 coil (i have made it without oil and it is just as good)
How To Make spiced banana cake

1Spray a 9x13 pan with oil (I prefer glass). I have also sprinkled the pan with sugar to create a crust for the bread before if you want. Preheat oven to 350.

2Stir together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream oil and sugar in a mixer. Add eggs until combined. Stir in mashed bananas until combined.

3Alternate dry ingredients and milk into the banana mixture until combined.

4Pour into the prepared 9x13 pan. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
