Ingredients For sour cream pound cake.

  • 1 box
    butter cake mix
  • 1/3 c
    puritan oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    low fat sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    sugar or splendor
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    4x confection sugar
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • few drops food coloring
  • you can add about 1/3 of crushed walnuts, sprinkle on top of the icing of the cake.

How To Make sour cream pound cake.

    IN LARGE BOWL,combined the cake mix,sour cream oil,water and eggs.

    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes and pour into 2/3 into a greased pan and floured tube pan.

    ADD a few drops of food coloring to remainder of mix and stir into mix already in the pan.

    BAKE @ 350* for about 50 minutes or so.COOL right side up for 20 minutes .BLEND 1 cup of powder sugar and 2 tablespoon of milk. and drizzle over over Hot cake.OMG ITS SO YUMMY.ummm.*mmm.
