I do NOT like to bake so anytime I can find an easy dessert, I am all over it! I have added blueberries and strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and it is fantastic. Always a huge hit! Enjoy!

Ingredients For sopapilla cheesecake

  • 2 can
    crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    cinnamon sugar

How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

    Grease a 9X13 pan. Spread one can of crescent rolls on the botton of the pan. Whip together softened cream cheese (fruit if using), sugar and vanilla and spread over rolls. Top with the other layer of crescent rolls. Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
