Ingredients For sopapilla cheesecake

2 canpillsbury butter cresent rolls

2 pkgcream cheese softened

1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 csugar cinnamon mixture
How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

1Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees

2Using a 9 x 13 baking pan, unroll one package of refrigerated crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan.

3Flatten.

4Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and extract.

5Spread over the crescent rolls.

6Unroll the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.

7Pour one stick of melted butter or margarine over the top and sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

8Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.

9Let cool for approximately 20 minutes and then put in refrigerator to completely chill before cutting into squares.
