On the Christmas Eve i put the cake on the table after dinner all my family was surprised. The Snowball Cake was moist and delicious.

Ingredients For snowball cake

1 pkg2-layer size devil's food cake mix

1 pkg8 oz philadelphia cream cheese, softened

1egg
-
2 Tbspgranulated sugar
-
1 pkg3.4 oz jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding

1/4 cpowdered sugar
-
1 ccold milk
-
1tub 8 oz cool whip whipped topping, thawed

1 ccoconu flake
How To Make snowball cake

1Heat oven to 350F

2Prepare cake batter in to 2 1/2- qt. ovenproof bowl, as directed on the package; scrape side of bowl. Beat cream cheese, egg and granulated sugar until well blended.

3Spoon into center of batter in bowl. Bake 1 hour 5 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in bowl 10 min.

4Loosen cake from bowl with knife; invert onto wire rack. Remove bowl; cool completely. Beat dry pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.

5Stir in COOL WHIP. refrigerate until ready to use. Place cake on plate; frost with pudding mixture. Cover with coconut flakes.

6Keep refrigerated.
