2eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 csour cream

- FOR FROSTING:

1/4 cheavy cream

4 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make snow-white wisconsin sheet cake

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 15"x10"x1" baking pan.

2In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda; set aside.

3In a large saucepan, bring butter and water a boil. Remove from heat.

4Add flour mixture to butter & water mixture and stir well; then add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla and stir until smooth.

5Pour into greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until cake is golden brown and tests done. Cool for about 20 minutes.

6While cake is cooling, make the frosting: combine butter and cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla and mix well. Immediately spread over cake.
