Ingredients For snow tunnel cake

  • 1
    angel food cake mix
  • 1 1/2 oz
    container frozen whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1- 4 1/2 oz
    pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix

How To Make snow tunnel cake

    Bake as directed. Cool Slice 1 inch layer off the top gently hollow out a trench in cake 1 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches deep
  • 2
    Tear cake from trench into small pieces. Combine milk, pudding and small cake pieces. Fill trench with pudding mixture.

    Replace top of cake. Spread remaining topping over sides and top. Chill until set.

    NOTE: USE A Bundt pan
