Ingredients For smores cheesecake

  • 1/4 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 5
    milk chocolate candy bars, melted
  • 1
    milk chocolate candy bar, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1/2 c
    whipped topping

How To Make smores cheesecake

  • 1
    Stir together crumbs, butter and sugar in small bowl.
  • 2
    Press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

    Stir together cream cheese and melted chocolate in small bowl until well blended.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle with chopped chocolate.

    Fold marshmallows into whipped topping.

    Spread over cheesecake. Chill.

    Note: Chill candy bar before chopping.
