    crumbled fudge grahams
  • 3
    hersheys chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 c
    milk chocolate chips,divided
  • 1
    package yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    water
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 jar
    hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 tube
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar
    marshmallow creme
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make s'mores poke cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled fudge grahams, chopped chocolate bars, and 1 cup milk chocolate chips; mix well.

    In large bowl, beat cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, water, eggs, and vegetable oil together with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Then on medium speed for 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally.

    Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean; 30 minutes.

    Poke holes into a well-warmed cake with a end of wooden spoon.

    In a medium bowl, combine sweet condensed milk and hot fudge ice cream topping. Stir until blended. Pour over a warm cake with holes. Cool completely; about 1 hour.

    In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, cream cheese, and marshmallow creme. Whisk together until smooth.

    Spread over the prepared cake and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and miniature marshmallows.
