1 stick

margarine
1 c

sugar
1 c

milk
1 c

flour
1 tsp

baking powder
1 1/2 pt

fruit and juice

How To Make skillet cake

MELT: 1 Stick margarine in 9-inch skillet COMBINE: 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder POUR in center of skillet. POUR 1 1/2 pint fruit and juice in center of batter. BAKE in 350 degree oven until done. You may use pineapple, cherries, or any kind of berries. Very good.
