Ingredients For shug's oreo bundt cake

  • 2 3/4 c
    cake flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    unsalted butter
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 4 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 box
    vanilla pudding
  • 12
    oreos [crushed]
  • FROSTING
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 6
    or remaining oreos

How To Make shug's oreo bundt cake

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bundt pan with Pam Spray with flour. 2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. 3. In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter until smooth. Add the sugar gradually and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add half the flour mixture and half the milk and mix. Add in remaining flour mixture and milk and mix until batter is smooth. Mix in crushed oreos. 4. Bake for approximately 55 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. 5. Allow cake to cool.

    FROSTING: Beat butter until fluffy, add the remaining ingredients. Add either a little more milk to achieve the desired frosting consistency.

    SIDE NOTES: Even though it didnt call for it, I added 1/2 cup of water to the cake mix to thin out the mixture. it's up to you. Slightly crush Oreos to the preferance you like. then sprinkle Oreos on top of frosted cake
