Ingredients For shif's strawberry daiquiri cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/3 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can
    frozen strawberry daiquiri mix (non alcoholic concentrate)
  • 1
    cool whip

How To Make shif's strawberry daiquiri cake

    Make cake according to box specifications by mixing the eggs, water, oil and cake mix together in a bowl. Bake at the temperature according to your pan size.

    In a small pot on the stove, heat up the strawberry daiquiri (non alcoholic concentrate) and allow to heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.

    Once you remove the cakes from the oven, poke holes in cake with fork and pour mixture, a little at a time over cake. Save a little daiquiri mix for later. Put cakes in fridge and allow to cool.

    Once the cakes have cooled completely, begin to assemble by adding cool whip topping to each layer and then adding on extra daiquiri mix for decoration. Eat and Enjoy!!!
