I finally, ( this weekend,) perfected my sour cream coffee cake, finally, lol. It took weeks for me to get it right, I don't know why, but I had a hard time getting this "just right."

1 csoftened butter

2 csugar

2 tspvanilla

4 lgeggs

3 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 clight sour cream
-
3/4 csugar

2 Tbspcinnamon

1/2 cfinely chopped walnuts
How To Make sherry's easy sour cream coffee cake

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream butter, 2 cups sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

2In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add flour mix to butter mix alternately w/ sour cream. Beat until smooth.

3Spoon 1/2 the batter into pan. In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Sprinkle 1/3 nut mix over batter. Pour remaining batter over nut mix. Sprinkle w/ remaining nut mix. Bake 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
