semi-homemade vanilla pound cake
This is the best short-cut pound cake I've ever tasted! I intended to glaze it if it turned out good but changed my mind. It's so stinking good! The almond extract is the secret. I used a full teaspoon the first time and it was too much. The second time, I only used 1/2 teaspoon and it was perfect!

How To Make semi-homemade vanilla pound cake

1Preheat oven to 350° Grease and flour a tube pan.

2Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix for 2-3 minutes on medium.

3Pour evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

4Let cool for 15 minutes in pan then turn onto serving plate.
