This can be made with any flavor pudding mix, I just prefer butterscotch, and I top it with crunched up pecan sandi cookies, so I named it Scotch-A-Roo! Hope you like it too!!

Ingredients For scotch-a-roo twinkie cake

  • 1 box
    twinkies
  • 2 box
    (5.9 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 5 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 pkg
    crushed pecan sandi cookies
  • 3
    bananas, sliced (optional)

How To Make scotch-a-roo twinkie cake

    Cut Twinkies in halves. Lay cream side up in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions.

    Let pudding mixture set to soft, firm state. Pour pudding over Twinkies. At this point you can cover and store in refrigerator till ready to serve..

    Slice bananas over the pudding mixture, and top with whipped topping, sprinkle cookie crumbs on top... Serve.. Enjoy!
