    self rising flour
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    caster sugar
  • 1 bottle
    thichened cream ( 600 ml )
  • 1/2 c
    sultana
  • 1 can
    small can of peach (strained )
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c
    bread-crumbs
  • 1 bag
    vanilla sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    icing sugar

    SIFT THE FLOUR INTO A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL AND ADD WHISKED EGGS,SUGAR,THICKENED CREAM AND SULTANA AND MIX WELL,THEN ADD THE FRUIT AND GENTLY MIX AGAIN.

    GREASE LIGHTLY THE FLUTED BAKING DISH WITH BUTTER AND DUST BOTTOM AND SIDES WITH BREAD-CRUMB.POUR THE MIXTURE IN AND PUT INTO PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 C AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 50 MINUTES OR WHEN YOU PUT THE SKEWER IN AND TAKE OUT IS DRY,THE CAKE IS BAKE IT.WHEN YOU TAKE IT FROM OVEN PUT THE PLATE ON,TURN OVER AND COVER WITH VET TEA TOWEL FOR 5-10 MINUTES,THEN TAKE IT OFF EVERYTHING.LEAVE TO COOL,THEN DUST WITH VANILLA SUGAR MIXED WITH ICING SUGAR.
