An EASY Oooey, Gooey, Chocolaty, Sweet and Crunchy cake. A favorite at pot-luck parties. Fast and sweet.

Ingredients For salted carmel cake

  • 1 box
    german chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 jar
    salted carmel toping
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 2
    skor candy bars

How To Make salted carmel cake

  • 1
    Mix cake according to package directions. I substituted cold coffee for the water.
  • 2
    After removing the cake from the oven poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
  • 3
    Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the warm cake.
  • 4
    Next pour the carmel sauce over the sweetened condensed milk.
  • 5
    Sprinkle a pinch or two salt over the carmel.
  • 6
    When the cake is cool cover with the container of Cool Whip.
  • 7
    Chop the SKOR bars and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip.
  • 8
    Store in the refrigerator.
