Ingredients For russian cake
- RUSSIAN CAKE

1 coatmeal, uncooked

1 1/4 cbowling water

1 stickbutter, room temperature

1 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

1 cwhite sugar

2eggs
-
1 1/2 cflour, self rising

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspcinnamon, ground
- TOPPING RECIPE

1 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

1 stickbutter at room temperature

1/3 cevaporated milk
-
1 ccoconut
-
1/2 coatmeal, uncooked
How To Make russian cake

1Mix Oatmeal and bowling water together in bowl, and let stand 20 minutes

2Cream together: Butter, brown/white sugars and eggs.

3Stir in oatmeal

4Add flour, vailla and cinnamon. Mix well

5Coat 9 X 13 cake pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 derees for 25 - 30 minutes

6Mix together all ingredients for topping.

7Spread topping on warm cake

8Place cake under broiler to brown topping.
