Ingredients For ring of black bottom cake
- CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE

1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla

1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese

1egg
-
1 pkg(12 oz) chocolate chips (i use milk chocolate)
- CAKE

2 csugar
-
1 coil
-
2eggs
-
3 cflour
-
3/4 cunsweetened cocoa
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1 chot water
-
1 cmilk
-
1 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1 tspvanilla
- ICING
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
-
2 tspvanilla
-
3-5 tsphot water, or until drizzle consistency
How To Make ring of black bottom cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2In a small bowl combine cream cheese mixture ingredients except chocolate chips until well blended, stir in chocolate chips

3In a large bowl beat together all cake ingredients until well blended

4Pour 1/2 the batter into a 10-inch greased tube pan, spoon cream cheese mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter over cream cheese mixture

5bake 1 hr 15 min to 1 1/2 hrs

6cool cake, remove from pan, mix together icing ingredients and drizzle over cake, Enjoy!!!

7This is also fabulous in mini muffin cups. Just fill mini paper cups 3/4 full of batter, drop a 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture in center of batter and bake
