I love coconut cake! This is so fresh and moist, it’s prefect for a family meal or potluck. No leftovers!

Ingredients For right tasty coconut cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix ( i use pillsbury)
  • 1 can
    coconut cream
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 bag
    sweetened shredded coconut
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping

How To Make right tasty coconut cake

    Preheat oven and prepare cake mix and bake according to box directions in a 9x13 pan.

    While the cake is baking, mix the coconut cream and sweetened condense milk together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Baked cake with holes poked into it.

    Once the cake has been removed from the oven poke holes all over the cake. I use the skinny end of my chopsticks.

    While the cake is still warm, spoon the coconut cream/milk mixture over the top of the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.

    After getting the cream mixture spread out onto the top allow it to cool.

    Once it’s completely cooled spread the entire container of whipped topping onto the cake and sprinkle coconut flakes onto the topping.

    Enjoy now!! I prefer it to spend the night in the fridge. It just marries everything so well.
