Ingredients For ricotta cake

1 boxyellow cake mix prepared according to directions on the box

2 lbricotta cheese

1 Tbspvanilla

1 csugar

4eggs
How To Make ricotta cake

1Mix a yellow cake mix according to the directions on the box. Spread cake batter on bottom of a 9x13 pan which has been greased and floured.

2Mix the ricotta cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar and spread this mixture over the cake batter.

3Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. The cheese mixture will sink to the bottom and the cake will rise to the top.
