Ingredients For ricotta cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix prepared according to directions on the box
  • 2 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs

How To Make ricotta cake

  • 1
    Mix a yellow cake mix according to the directions on the box. Spread cake batter on bottom of a 9x13 pan which has been greased and floured.
  • 2
    Mix the ricotta cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar and spread this mixture over the cake batter.
  • 3
    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. The cheese mixture will sink to the bottom and the cake will rise to the top.
