Ingredients For rhubarb upside down cake

  • 4 c
    chopped rhubarb
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    3 oz. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 pkg
    10 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix

How To Make rhubarb upside down cake

    Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2
    Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • 3
    Layer first four ingredients in pan - in order given.

    Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over ingredients in pan.

    Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done.

    Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes - turn out onto cookie sheet. Let cool completely.

    Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
