Ingredients For rhubarb upside down cake

4 cchopped rhubarb
-
1 csugar
-
1 box3 oz. strawberry gelatin

1 pkg10 oz. miniature marshmallows

1 boxyellow cake mix
How To Make rhubarb upside down cake

1Preheat oven to 350*

2Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

3Layer first four ingredients in pan - in order given.

4Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over ingredients in pan.

5Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done.

6Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes - turn out onto cookie sheet. Let cool completely.

7Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
