Ingredients For rhubarb custard cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 4 1/2 c
    rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 pt
    heavy whipping cream

How To Make rhubarb custard cake

  • 1
    mix the cake mix as directed and pour into a 9x13 pan
  • 2
    mix the rhubarb and sugar together and pour on top of the cake mix in the pan. Then pour the heavy whipping cream on top
