1 boxlemon or yellow cake mix (2 layer size)

1 pkginstant lemon pudding mix (dry)

1 cmayonnaise or salad dressing

1 cwater

2eggs
- FROSTING :

1 cconfectioners' sugar

3 Tbspmayonnaise

2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspgrated lemon rind
How To Make remarkable pound cake

1Blend all the ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed.

2Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes.

3Pour into an ungreased 10" tube pan , with the removeable bottom.(angel food cake pan)

4Bake @ 350° for 1 hr.

5Remove side of pan and allow to cool.

6Blend the frosting ingredients until smooth.

7Frost before serving if desired.
