Ingredients For refrigerator cake

  • 3/4 lb
    vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    powder sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 1/2 can
    pineapple, crushed
  • 2 c
    whipped cream, sweetened
  • 1 jar
    cherries

How To Make refrigerator cake

    1. coarsely crush the vanilla wafers put half of them in a 9 by 13 baking dish.

    mix the butter & sugar until light & fluffy
  • 3
    add the eggs & blend all together
  • 4
    spread mixture over the wafers
  • 5
    top with pineapple & nuts
  • 6
    put whipped cream on & sprinkle the rest of the wafers over top

    add some cherries on top for decoration

    refrigerate overnight
