How To Make red velvet whoopie pies

1preheat oven to 350 mix eggs,oil, sour cream well

2add cake mix and stir, batter will be thick

3using 2 small spoons drop rounded spoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins

4once cooled -spread icing on 1 cookie top with another cookie mash together then roll edges in crushed pecans.
