2cut the bacon in med size pieces..dice the onions,,fry bacon until crisp..remove from fry pan and set aside leave a little bacon fat in pan and saute the onions til golden combine the onions and bscon

3drain pasta,mix in the bacon and onions add the cottage cheese mix until well combined and serve quickly as cold cheese will bring the pasta temperature down cooler s snd p to taste
