Made from a box of cake mix, add your choice favorite extracts to make it yours. The icing/glaze is optional, but OMG it is so gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!

Ingredients For quick & easy pound cake

  • 1 box
    betty crocker pound cake mix
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 2/3 c
    milk or water
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla and lemon flavor
  • ICING/GLAZE
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla and lemon flavor

How To Make quick & easy pound cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour your choice of pan. (These are on the box)
  • 2
    Blend all cake ingredients well. Pour into pan of choice and bake as instructed on times listed on box.
  • 3
    Mix icing ingredients and drizzle on cake while cake is hot/warm.
