Ingredients For pumpkin white chip spice cake

  • 1 box
    spice cake mix
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    solid pumpkin
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips large bag so you have left over for glaze

How To Make pumpkin white chip spice cake

    Combine cake mix,eggs,pumpkin,oil and milk (ONLY 1/3 CUP OF THE MILK. Beat at low speed, until moist. Then turn mixer up and beat on medium speed for two minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips,save remaining in bag for glaze topping.

    Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. BAKE AT 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

    GLAZE: Heat remaining milk until it starts to boil be careful and do not let it burn. Remove from heat and add in remaining white chips and stir unti mealted. Pour over cake. OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE CINNAMON ON TOP.
