    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt and baking soda
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make pumpkin pound cake

    Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix the wet ingredients together beating with a mixer until fluffy. Add the dry ingredients in.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 4 mini loaf pan or two regular loaf pans. Pour in the batter and bake 40 to 45 minutes for mini pans and 60 to 70 minutes regular loaf pans.
