I found this recipe somewhere and modified it to fit my tastes

Ingredients For pumpkin pie cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar ( can substitute splenda)
  • 1 14oz can
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices (or more depending on your tastes)

How To Make pumpkin pie cake

    pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    lightly Grease 9x13x2 ( I use the baking spray)

    Combine all ingredients and bake for 45 min or until when pricked with a tooth pick in the center comes out clean.
