Ingredients For pumpkin pecan bundt cake, mom's

  • 1 pkg
    spice cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 can
    pumpkin
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • pecans, 1/2 c broken and whole pecans
  • butter, cut into pats as needed

How To Make pumpkin pecan bundt cake, mom's

  • 1
    Combine cake mix, pumpkin, oil, pudding, eggs, cinnamon and water. Beat at medium speed 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup broken pecans. Place whole pecans in bottom of a generously buttered and floured bundt pan. Secure with dots of butter. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Loosen center and sides with spatula. Invert and tip onto wire rack to cool.
