Ingredients For pumpkin madeleine cake balls

12madeleine cookies

1/4 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1/4 tsp(each) cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and cloves

1 ozbutter
-
1 ozcream cheese
-
1/2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/4 tspvanilla

1 lbwhite chocolate
How To Make pumpkin madeleine cake balls

1CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Blend butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla until creamy.

2Crumble madeleines into bowl. Add pumpkin, cream cheese frosting and all seasonings and stir until well blended.

3Form into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

4Melt white chocolate in large bowl and one at a time dip into chocolate. Put sprinkles on while still wet. And place in refrigerator until hard. (keep stored in fridge)
