Ingredients For pumpkin dump cake

  • 29 oz
    pure pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 box
    cake mix, yellow
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped (optional)

How To Make pumpkin dump cake

  • 1
    Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon until well blended. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pain. Sprinkle cake mix on top and then cover with chopped pecans (optional). Pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
