This is a very sweet dessert and oh so good. You can use any type of nuts you like. I use walnuts and have also made it without the nuts for my grandkids. My granddaughter has a nut allergy. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For pumpkin delight

  • 1
    yellow cake mix
  • 1
    stick butter
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    large can pure pumpkin
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make pumpkin delight

  • 1
    Step 1. You make a crust by mixing cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg. Step 2. Set aside 1 cup cake mixture, add to it 1 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 c. sugar. Step 3. Beat together pumpkin, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar,2/3 cup milk and cinnamon. Step 4. Line pan with crust,pour pumpkin mixture on top and then sprinkle topping over all.
