Ingredients For pumpkin crunch

  • 1 can
    15oz. pumpkin
  • 1 can
    12oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 box
    yellow cake
  • 1 c
    melted butter

How To Make pumpkin crunch

    Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into greased 9×13 pan.

    Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture and pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    I think I would maybe add some chopped pecans to the cake mix to add a little something extra to the crumble. You could do a lot of different things with this.
