Ingredients For pumpkin cobbler

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 sm
    can evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    pumpkin pie filling

How To Make pumpkin cobbler

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cut butter into patties place pieces into 9by13 inch baking dish. Place in oven until butter melts

    While butter melts, in medium bowl mix together the flour,sugar,regular milk and vanilla, remove pan from oven. pour flour mixture into pan over butter (DO NOT MIX THE BUTTER WITH THE FLOUR MIXTURE)

    Break eggs into 2 quart mixing bowl and wisk, add canned milk and can of pumpkin pie filling then stir to mix. Slowly pour or spoon over flour mixture(AGAIN DO NOT STIR IN WITH FLOUR MIXTURE)

    Bake until the crust is dark golden brown about 1 hour. Let cobbler set 20 minutes before serving.
