Ingredients For pumpkin chocolate-chip muffins

    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 29 oz
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make pumpkin chocolate-chip muffins

    Mix eggs, sugar, veg. oil, pumpkin well. Then add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, until blended. fold chocolate chips evenly into batter.

    Fill muffin tins with liners. Fill each with 2/3 batter. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Yum!
